Overview

Runcover helps users review public event information and optionally add selected events to their own Google Calendar.

Information We Process

The site displays public event details from the calendar data file. The Add to Google Calendar link opens Google Calendar with event details prefilled. This site does not request Google sign-in, receive Google access tokens, or ask for Google Calendar API permissions.

Google Calendar

When you use an Add to Google Calendar link, Google Calendar handles any sign-in or save action directly. This site cannot read, list, edit, create, or delete events in your Google Calendar.

Manual Event Entries

If the add-event tool is enabled, event text or URLs you submit may be used to look up event details. Added events may be saved to the configured Google Sheet calendar source; if sheet writing is unavailable, the deployed site saves them in your browser storage, and local development may save them into the local fallback file. Do not submit sensitive personal information.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Event details may be passed to Google Calendar only as URL parameters when you choose an Add to Google Calendar link.
